2 spacious bedrooms available in La Jolla Southpointe home

Two private, furnished rooms with big closets are available in a La Jolla Southpointe 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. Each room comes with a bed, a desk, chair, microwave, small fridge-freezer, iron, and ironing board. There is a full bathroom upstairs exclusively for the two tenants. In the garage, there is also a washer and dryer, and tenants have access to the kitchen downstairs.

Villa La Jolla Park is a five-minute walk away, and there are three community pools in the complex with jacuzzis.

We've had many UCSD PhD students and researchers rent rooms from us over the last fifteen years, and it's been a very positive experience. We are looking for non-drinkers, non-smokers, graduate and post-graduate students or faculty/staff. There are no pets or overnight guests allowed. For everyone to have ample space, we only rent to two tenants total at a time, one tenant per room. No children, families, or full-time work-from-home candidates. We are two professionals who work full-time and have lived in Southpointe for over twenty years.

A 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away is La Jolla Village Square and The Shops at La Jolla Village, where you have a great variety of shops and eateries. Grocery stores include Ralphs, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. For shopping, there's a new Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, and Ross. There are also a variety of coffee shops (Starbucks and Philz), plus a Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, BJs, Mendocino Farms, and Urban Plates. In the shopping mall, there's a CVS and Sephora, plus a Pilates studio and movie theater, as well. The UTC mall (Westfield) is less than ten minutes away, as well.

Regarding transport links, the 5 freeway (north and south) is a few minutes away, as well as the 52 East. There's a trolley station at La Jolla Village Square, city bus stops, as well as UCSD shuttles nearby, and the house is walking and cycling distance away from campus.
