Conveniently located off the I-15 near Mira Mesa Blvd and Black Mountain Rd, the area abounds with delicious cuisine, shopping and nonfreew ay access to MCAS Miramar, Sorrento Valley, UTC and Miramar Community College. A few minutes' drive will get you to USD or UCSD, SDSU, Amazon La Jolla, Rancho Bernardo, downtown, the airport, or Kearny Mesa. Close Businesses include SDGE, Sony, Bae, Qualcomm, Raytheon, Kodak, HP, SPAWAR. There are mountain biking and hiking trails nearby as well as Torrey Pines, and Del Mar. and the rest of San Diego County not so far away. This home is a serene retreat for the busy working professional, consultant, academia, mature-minded entrepreneur, or individual on sabbatical.

The home has been recently fully remodeled. Including expanding the hall bath to include an antique enamelware cast iron claw foot tub, full kitchen remodel, pantry and additional windows and sliders, yet the fireplace hearth, landscaping and other aesthetic projects may be ongoing. While there is a medium beverage fridge in each room, kitchen pantry and fridge/freezer space should be available per person. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the garage. Public spaces are comfortably furnished with a range of seating and lounging options, including front row bird-watching, as well as a battered antique dining table that can range from 2 -12 for seating.

Room(s) is for lease for $850 /Single Occupancy.
- $850/month includes Wi Fi Gas, Water, Electric, Trash, monthly common space cleaning service
- 1st + Returnable Deposit equal to monthly rate due prior to move in
- 3- or 6-month lease with 30 days vacate notice and month to month (flexible lease options considered per person)
- Criminal and credit check will be completed (Nonrefundable $35 fee)

Overnight guests are welcome occasionally, with respect to work schedules. Others should be leaving at a reasonable evening hour. Please respect no heavy drinking, and no drugs onsite, including no smoking/vaping or consumption of marijuana products. While there are no TVs in the house, please feel free to bring TV's, aquariums or terrariums. This includes the possibility of your 1 small-medium cat friendly, house trained, mannered dog, cat or other on an individual animal basis. Pets should have proof of vaccines, regular grooming and daily care, herptiles/small animals should have secure locking/cat proof enclosures. Non-caged pets will need to be cat friendly or neutral and socialized for sharing living space possibly with another dog or cat.

I am a self-employed,business owner in my mid-40s whose role may vary between remote/work from home, and work onsite including inter/national travel, so there may be times the house is completely yours.
