AquaSol seeks Summer Swim Instructors in El Dorado, CA for Swim Lessons

As a Swim Instructor at AquaSol, you will lead swimming programs and offer individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team in El Dorado, CA.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Assess student progress and provide feedback and support as necessary

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Strong behavior management skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial
Passion for swimming and working with children
